You should visit the project page and download the 2.5 or later version. It offers greater flexibility in ad placement, and insertion in teaser lists.

How do you insert the adsense ad right below the teaser
I installed and have been using this wonderful module. Great work. How do I insert the ad eight below the teaser in the full node.
Also would like to donate if that's possible.
Feature not supported at present - I'm working on it.
I'm working on some enhancements that will allow greater flexibility - I'll investigate ways to insert the ads between the teaser and the rest of the body.
